Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within 30 working days after we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.

If you ordered a wrong size or color you can arrange your Exchange by filling out the quality control form here, specifying the reasons for returning your item. El proceso inicia desde la acería hasta el producto final, lo que nos permite control total sobre los factores que intervienen en la producción, con lo cual garantizamos el cumplimiento de la norma internacional ASTM-A-615-G-60 y la norma mexicana NMX-B-506- CANACERO-2019 exigida en los reglamentos de construcción del país.
